Weird Virus, or Fungus Issue

Hello everyone. I've had a ongoing issue for about 4 years now. It all started after having sex with a prostitute. When I walked into her hotel room I noticed she had dark marks on her body. She was a darker skinned African girl so I thought it was just acne or something of that nature. I put on a condom and we had sex. The condom didn't break and after I went into the bathroom to take a shower. The next day I noticed a small black dot on my penis. As time went on the mark begun to itch. About a month latter with masturbation and general rubbing the mark started to get bigger. I also noticed that with masturbation the dark marks started to spread to my fingers. Masturbation, and getting semen on my fingers without fully washing them lead to it spreading different places around my body. I have these dark marks next to my eye's, all over my penis, and on the sides of my face. The more I rub or scratch them the more they spread. The look exactly like the ones the prostitute had on her body.

Just really want to know if anyone else has seen something like this before? It seams like the spots don't show as well in bright light. I thought it might be some type of fungus, and tried anti fungal cream but it didn't work. I've considered that it also might be some type of exotic disorder that our doctors may not have discovered yet.
