Weird feeling urethra after oral sex

I have had unprotected sex with a guy that i know for a while now and am worries because i have a mild warm burning feeling in my urethra. The unprotected oral sex was on march 31. 2 weeks after i went for a test for HIV syphilis gonorrhea and Chlamydia all came back negative. Now i don't know if i should be worries about HIV since it been two weeks after the unprotected received oral sex that i went for a test and not three months. Could it be a sti-std or is it just anxiety that I'm feeling this? Some answers would be greatly appreciated.

Hi symptoms of stds dont come and go but are constant burning or itching inside your penis and a white/gray puss discharge that occur about 5 days post exposure and bottom line is oral is very low risk activity.

I went to my doctor assistent today and took a stick test and it was all clear for a UTI or bladderinfection. (UTI and bladder infection is the same right?) i also have pain in my left groin area where my leg starts with no swollen nodes just pain in that area. I also felt a fever coming up two days ago at night that lasted for a couple of hours i gues i dont know for sure because i fell asleep with no night sweat or what so ever just a strange feverish feeling. I also had a dry cough that lasted for a day. I hope this is just a uti or bacteria that is causing this because from the information you gave me it can not be hiv. What can it be? Im really worried about this. Do i have to take a urine lab test or was the stick test enough to determine whether I have a uti or not? I have been walking with this discomfort for about 4 weeks now. The pain in the groin area just started a few days ago. I also sometimes feel like sick pain on/in the head if my penis. Some answers would be greatly appreciated.
I meant to say shock like pain in/on the head of my penis.
