What a mess.

I have had multiple sexual partners in the past few months. For a while after excersize i would notice white discharge from my penis--mimicking sperm durring sexual activites after climax. The only difference is: it smelled quite differently. I had sexual intercouse on thursday and never climaxed. Immeditealy following I notcied my testicals were swollen. I am a gay man.. and except for getting oral sex I always used protection. A few days ago I could not urinate with out feelling a tremendous amnunt of pain. Up untill then I would wake up in the middle of the night to go. I started taking cephalexin. I have been taking 500 mg 4 times a day. Is this going to knock out gonnorhea. And if so how long should I take it for since I never went to the doctors. I have noticed since i began to take it that I am unrinating much to much. Please help..should I stop the antibitics or continue to take them. I have enough for 10 days. BTW the burning went away.
