What are my chances

About 4 years ago I had unprotected sex with a woman. I have no reason to believe she had any std but it was a mistake and didn't know her at all, but I just recently within the last month or so have been getting worried because I have been getting 1 or 2 pimples in the general pubic area that dont want to really go away like normal pimples do after a few days. Other than that I haven't really had any reason to make me worried, no other symptoms whatsoever. Also about 2 years ago I gave blood twice and someone told me if you give blood and have any medical condition they are required to let you know. I was never notified. I am going to get tested but am just wondering what you think my chances are or if there is a possibility what could I have?

please help! I forgot to mention it was unprotected ORAL sex. I had protected intercourse with her. I really have had no symptoms for about 2-3 years or so but then recently have been getting a few pimples like I said, this one pimple continues to pop with a light amount of ***** discharge. I have literally popped it about 10-15 times and it still wont go away. Would I have had these symptoms much earlier if I had an STD or what?
