I am a 23 year old male.I have these bumps around the glans and below. It looked smaller before but now seems to be growing and spreading further. It is only present in the Glans penis and below it but not on any other part such as the shaft etc. The skin on the glans is pretty dry. It gives a strong foul or rotten fish smell and i can smell it easily. I haven't had sexual intercourse with anyone. I masturbate sometimes though in the past i did too frequently. It has been there for a year or so. It occasionally feels sensitive to the touch when i am taking a shower, it is rarely itchy, it doesn't hurt. I don't know what it could be. Either some kind of fungal infection or something? I am not an expert so that is why i wanted to post this question here. I would like to receive some input from a medical professional as to what it could be? Sorry if i posted under the wrong name of "STD" but i couldn't find anywhere else to post. I really appreciate any serious input. Below are the link to the pictures.
