What are these rashes and this sore?

Im not quite sure what this is but i recently hqd unprotected sex with a male at a party. Well I had this sore on the lips of my vagina and it was like a large pimple, and when i squized it puss came out of it. i wasnt sure if it was just an in grown hair from shaving or if it was something else. Then about two weeks ago i broke out in a rash on my arms and my back and a few spots on my face. i do get eczema but im npot sure if it is that or not.
plz plz help me im really worried :(

Well, that's why I said not all your symptoms are from an std.  

I agree with Vance - its time to see your doctor.

We can't tell you what is wrong so that is why you need to see a Dr.

Yeaahh.. and i have one on the back of my neck and on my back ..
Is that a bad thing? What could be wrong? Why do i have to get it checked?

Oh you mentioned something about your arms and face?  You had a rash there?

I think you need to get it checked since you have a history of eczema.

No its not in any other places just the one :)
okaay that is such a relief. Could it be and other S.T.D ? ?
and what do you think the rash is? Its Really itchy and reddish im pretty sure its only eczema but im still not sure.. Or do you think im just being really paranoid?

It doesn't sound like herpes if its in other locations than your genitals.  Don't pick or pop anymore, and let your doctor see it.

It could be a staph infection.
