I went to massage palor, and she gave me hand job, and whipped and cleaned with a hote wet towl

Can this cause any STd ?

The next day, I had pain in my leg, thigh, burning penis, and pelvic pain after urinating.

I would think if anything you've had an alergic reaction to the lotion used.  From what you described it is not possible to catch an STD.  She would be more at risk than you as she was touching your genitals.

I would consult your general doctor though just to be sure.

It is almost impossible to catch a STD from just a hand job. There would be small chance if she rubbed herself, but even then the chance for catching a STD are very low (STDs are almost always  transmitted if there is a direct genital contact). I think that the symptoms that you are experiencing aren't really there and are just a result of you being scared. This things happen to me in the past, and I assure you that some education about the STDs would really help you. First of all don't worry about that hand job and then educate yourself about STDs and stay safe!!!

She was not rubbing her self, just a hand job with lotion

The way it went down was

I walked into the room

layed naked

She goes and washesh her hand

Comes back and started rubbing my back

and then takes some lotion

and gives me a hand job.

then she goes out and washes her hand and brings a hot towel

and cleans the area .

I go home and 2 hours or so later, it started burning and pelvic pain, groin pain, and etc..

Today is day 5 and still the same symptomes..

Did I catch a STD from this act ?

Mutual Masterbation is considered safe sex.

It would be very unlikely to almost impossible so long as she wasn't rubbing herself and then you.
