What could I have?

Hello I have been browsing the internet for almost the past 2 months on the truth. I know I should stop worrying and just get tested to get my final result but it seems so hard to do. Im 18 years old, Im a bit afraid of calling up my family's doctor and asking if he can do a full sti and hiv test because Im worried about him then talkign to my parents or even the initial shock of him listenign to what I have to say. But Im not so sure about some private testing place and I don't have the money for the tests. So I wanted to get our opinion on my overall risk. So my problem began two months ago when I traveled to the bahamas for a senior trip. I met up with two older women who were very attractive (out of my league) but by chance I ended up in their hotel room for the night and I became very intoxicated. We got naked and I started to give one of the girls oral sex using my fingers and my tongue. I then made out with her for a few seconds. I then asked for a condom but only managed to get it over the tip of my penis. I was not able to get an erection due to my intoxication and I only rubbed against the outside of the girl's vagina who I had given oral sex to. I then attempted to adjust my condom but only ripped it and so I pulled it off and tossed it aside. I was then given oral sex by the other girl for a maybe 5-10 seconds to try to get me hard. I attempted insertion again with no protection but failed on the girl I had given oral sex to. I tried to get my penis hard using my hands and the girl with whom I had tried to achieve insertion rolled over and tried to get me into her again. My unerect penis did not go in but slid out the front towards me. After this we all fell asleep because we were very drunk. There was no more sexual activity. I am only not sure about whether my penis did penetrate for less than 5 or even 3 seconds, or not at all. I am concerned about vaginal fluid getting into my urethra and getting infected. I know symptoms are hard to tell and I do have allergies so i cant rely on those but I know I have not had swollen lymph nodes or flu like symptoms, only a few headaches and ones I have determined to be stress related. I know I had no open cuts or sores on my penis and I am circumsized   (ive heard that helps). I called up an std testing facility, Nation Health Testing, and the worker said my risk was nill. Please help me, Im killing myself with the guilt and stress of what I did. Im a virgin, I think I still am after this experience, but I keep worrying about my future. Also tested negative for hiv at 2 months, and no discharge, pain while urination, or bumps, but a little red at the tip, maybe from over stimulation. Thank you.

Why is there a good chance you have chlamydia? Because for some reason you have it in your head you have it? you do not have an STD. And no you can not spread anything from kissing except colds.

I think you might want to see a mental health professional because many people have said you have no need to worry and that your risk was about zero, yet you continue to worry about STD's. What is going to happen next time you have sex. You will be back on here asking the same questions, or you will be asking the girl all of these STD questions and she will get up and leave. If that sounded harsh it was not meant to be that way, just want you to move on and live life. You are 18 and in college, no need to worry about something as minor as your recent encounter 3 months ago.

Sex is not a bad thing and will not give you STD's if you are careful, so don't be afraid of sex and make sure you are protected.

3 months is enough time. no reason to retest in a year.

Ok so I got tested today, they drew blood and I opted for urine test over a penis swab. I should be getting test for gonnorhea, herpes, syphillis, HIV, and clamydia. The tests on this bill I got were: 1. N. Gonorrhoeae, DNA, AMP Prob, 2. HIV-1 AG, EIA, 3. Blood Serology, qualitative. I feel like these should be pretty conclusive because im over 12 weeks. But the doctor there made it seem like no test would be conclusive until 12 months. Anybody think hes wrong? I thought most stuff would appear in 12 weeks, I know to be 100% sure for HIV I should test at 6 months, but the other ones seemed strange to take that long. I have my results in 3 days so hopefully I can post on friday but i think there's a good chance I have chlamydia, in the meantime can kissing spread clamydia, I want to know because I just met a girl who I like and I don't want to possibly spread it to her. The test come back in 3 days.

Ok I have a test on tuesday, im hoping that all of my symptoms stem from a nervous position and stress that I should have something for what I did. But this morning I woke up with some more serious sweating but not all over. I had some on my back but it was more focused near from my boxer region. I was moving around alot this morning. I hope its stress and my reading of night sweats or something. Im also getting tested for HIV again this time and its maybe 1 day or 2 behind 3 months so I should have a extremely conclusive result.

I would test now, and I don't know if its drooling or sweating, but I wouldn't worry a bit about HIV.

Now that you are at school, is there some place you can get testing done?  Your student health center?  An std clinic?  Most are free or very low cost.

Ok so I stopped by my physician and I told him my predicament and he said there was no need to be tested if I didn't have symptoms but I still am looking for that reassurance. Ive moved to college and the time since my exposure is now a week below 3 months. I have been quite tired during the day but I guess I can attribute that to going to bed at 1 and having to wake up at 7 for class. But just today I woke up from a nap and my shirt was a bit wet, when I checked it out it was wet only in splotches on the front of my shirt near the neck ad nowhere else. Do you think this is drooling or night sweats? I think that I was going to test at 4 months for hiv again but since the 3 is so close I might just take that for 99% reassurance.

You can also try an std clinic for testing to ease your mind (I agree with the others that there is no real need to test here except to ease your mind and because I think testing is always a good idea if you've have unprotected sex with anyone).

They are usually free or very low cost.

I also agree about your risk being low..and you shouldnt be scared at all to talk to your doctor about anything.i can completly understand why you would but its there job to listen and help to the best of there ability..i say get tested to ease your mind..hiv came back negative so test for the others..and you now know for now on to use a condom at ALL times..alot of people do not get second chances so relax take a deep breathe try to set up an appoitment to get tested and relax...keep us posted :)

Your risk was at best very very low to get anything. Nill is probably closer to correct then very low. I would not worry about an STD. Test to ease your mind, but most symptoms would have shows and like I said very very low risk-if no risk.

Now if you go to your Dr he can not tell your parents anything. If he does then he can lose his medical liscence. What you tell the Dr is privilidged information.

Yur symptoms are probably stress, when you try to self diagnosis and do a lot of reading on the internet your mind often makes symptoms out of nothing.

You have nothing to feel guilty about, your 18 and went for something. Every 18 year old would. I would suggest always make sure you use a condom and cut back on the drinking, it makes us do things that we would not do sober.
