What could this be?

A month ago I received unprotected oral sex. 9 days after that a small red patch showed up at the tip of my penis near the urethra. It hurt to the touch, but was completely flat. It bled out on the first 2 days but only when I was working out. The pain subsided in about 5 days. I received a herpe culture that came back negative about 40 hours after it showed up. There has been a steady dew at the tip of my penis. It appears to be whitish and kind of clear. The red patch which is about a cm across has not gone away in 3 weeks now. What do you think it could be?

I started taking amoxicillin because I had a leftover script from my wisdom teeth removal in Jan. It's only been 3 days, but the tip has dried up considerably since I've taken it.

Yeast possibly or maybe a bacterial infection.
