Well, My oral test for Gonorrhea was negative. I can only assume now that I have some unidentifiable disease. My tounge now has a yellow coating on it that comes back every day. Doctors say it's not yeast. I have no idea what to try next.
Its possible - have you had an oral test?
All of your other tests are negative, and treatment for trich didn't work. Its (more than) time to start looking at other causes. You will not get any relief until you do.

now my mouth and throat burn. I've got lumps in my mouth. I did get treated for trich to no avail. Could it at all be possible that I now have Gonorrhea in my mouth?
I have, but my doc doesn't want to put me on more antibiotics. It's worth asking again.
I do appreciate your thoughts on this auntiejessi. Thank you. I don't know who you are, but you are obviously gracious with your thoughts and time.
Have you asked your doctor to treat you for trich? Its unlikely that you would get that with protected sex, but its worth a try.

It is most certainly an odd presentation of things. And there is clinically no disease that manifests itself in such a way. But this all transpired after the contact.
I think that there must be different things going on at the same time to give such a mixed weird presentation of things. In other words, I think I contracted one or two different things that when put together turned into this monster. Like maybe I got mild hpv and simultaneously got a bacterial infection. Which on their own wouldn't be a big deal, but when put together caused this strange presentation of things. If I can just knock out one of the things happening, perhaps that will give my body the space it needs to focus on the other infection.
The problem is, is that I don't know what I've got.
Doubtful - a syphilis sore lasts a few weeks, at the least. If you are concerned that your 9 month test was inaccurate, which is HIGHLY doubtful, then get tested again.
I really don't think this is an std, or related at all to sex, and I have to go on record saying I think you are doing yourself a huge disservice by not examining other possibilities.

if it weren't for the burning in the groin, i'd be sure that it was syphillis, since i've got a rash on my chest and back and white mucus like stuff in my mouth as well. could it be possible that the ulcer popped before it could form and caused irritation in my penis?
No, your test at 9 months is accurate.
Have you been treated for trich? That would be the only std left. I'm sure you've been tested, but testing men for trich is hard, as it doesn't show in the urine most of the time. Trich probably wouldn't cause these symptoms, but its the only thing left.
I don't know what else to tell you. You remain convinced that its an std, and its just not sounding as if it is.

Sorry to be such a pest. But I've had 2 syphilis tests. One 3 weeks after exposure and one 9 months after. Could it be possible that the tests were wrong?
I know it's not some sort of allergy. I'd love for it to be.
I've also gotten blisters and white marks in my mouth.
There aren't any other stds. Gonorrhea can't enter through the skin, only through the urethra.
The only thing left is to have your sperm cultured for bacteria, and sensitivity to meds. That will tell you if there is any bacteria, and what meds will cure it.
If that comes back negative, you have to accept that this didn't come from that, and move on to look for another cause.
And allergies and sensitivities can develop at any time. Perhaps try changing your soap, etc., one at a time and see if that helps.

oh, and the oral was protected but the condom came off halfway through the ordeal and was put back on, certainly leaving saliva on my penis, and possible direct mouth to penis contact.
Something got in my skin. thus causing the initial tingling/itch on my scrotum as well as the pins and needles feeling on my penis shaft. I know it's some sort of nasty bacteria, but I don't know what.
could gonorrhea enter the skin but never enter the urethra?
Is there any conceivable way Trichomoniasis could cause such a thing?
Could a syphilis test be wrong?
Please note that my arms, chest, back and face have broken out as well. Which seems more consistant of something like gonorrhea or syphilis.
You would still get a positive test even without discharge.
You had protected oral sex. You wouldn't get anything from that.
I'm not saying that you don't have something going on, but its not an std from that encounter.
Aj
But I only had a swab test done for gonorrhea. I had no discharge, so there's no way I'd test positive for it if I had it if I had no discharge to test. I guess what I'm asking is, is it possible to have gonorrhea without discharge and is it theoretically possible for it to present itself in this way? I just get conflicting information from different sources.
The thing is, is that I know I caught something from a sex worker.
Oh if you had a negative gonorrhea result, you don't have it.
I wonder something though - you said that the prostate exam was sore. I wonder if you have an anal fissure.
A friend of mine had similar symptoms for a long time, and it turned out he had an anal fissure that hadn't been diagnosed. Once he started on metamucil, he got a LOT better. The area had been inflamed, and was irritating the nerves, which caused all the pain.
Other than that, I'm not sure what else it could be.
Aj
Yes. I have had a prostate exam. It was sore but it wasn't any sort of extreme pain when he touched it. The Uro Doc couldn't really say and just gave me a script for anitbiotics. My urine was clean.
Would it be possible for this to be Gonorrhea? All the doctors I've seen have said no. I've had no sort of drainage. And a swab test was negative, but I've read that it can cause the penis tip to turns red (which mine did) and a burning sensation in your genitals (which I have). Doctors I've seen have said that this is not an indication of Gonorrhea though. I have also read that a rash can occur as well. (which I have).
Have you had a prostate exam?

Thanks for replying. Sorry it's such a long post. Been a long year. I'm 100% sure it's not a standard STD. That said. I got it from a csw for sure and it's viral or bacterial. It showed up days after that encounter. And i had no change in diet, exercise, clothing, detergents, etc... Never used perfumes. Always have used unscented dove soap, never put any thing down there prior to this. It doesn't itch, just burns like someone's holding a blow torch up to it (no joke). Was given a strong prescription antihistamine that had no effect. I'd love to think (and did for awhile) that this wasn't someting I caught. But it is something I caught. There's no bones about it. It's quite possible that all of the creams I was told to put on it made it worse than it would have been.
Whew long question. From your history and your exams ..you do not have an STD. This sounds like a dermatitis or allergic reaction to something. So..I suggest shower daily with warm , not hot water, avoid all perfumes and scented products. Use only purpose or unscented dove soap, use only baby powder and no scented antiperspirants. Unscented mineral oil for the really itchy areas. OTC medication available in the US are benadryl and claritin....I wonder if the dermatogists that have seen you have already given you these suggestions. Hope this helps. take care
