What do I have... This is frustraiting.

Recently, I've been having some issues. Pain during Urination, discharge from tip of penis, pain in testical and abdomine region. Now, I did the right thing, immediatly I went to the clinic and got tested... before I got the results, I was treated for Chlamydia... I took the medicine (Doxycycline) and the discharge subsided... but I always had a slight pain during urination. I went to my family doctor, and she tested me... 2 days later, results came back negative... but I also mentioned I still had testical pain. She sent me for an ultrasound and they discovered no lumps, but enlarged blood vessels by the left testical, which could be causing the pain... well before the ultrasound, the discharge began, it felt like someone pinched the urethra inside of my penis, and I began leaking a discharge... it subsided and stopped after a day and a half... My doctor asked me to get the blood and urine test results from the Planned Parenthood Clinic... I did and the results came up negative for Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, HIV, and Syphilis.. I'm going to be seeing the doctor again, but I honestly do not know what could be wrong with me... should I be worried?

Thank you Vance2335, I was beginning to think it might of been an issue with my prostate or my testicals, but I'd like hear others opinions... If anyone else have any further opinions, please let me know. thank you :)

This might be a prostate issue. Since you have negative STD tests this is not STD related.

Also, the discharge seems like semen? I could be going looney over this situation but I touched the discharged and it was sticky like semen.
