What do I have?

Although severely guilty of my deeds, I am in distress and need help to figure out what I may have. I had unprotected sex with 2 different women within 2 weeks. I had unprotected oral and anal sex. After a couple weeks of encounter I found 3-4 blisters on my penis foreskin. They were not that hurtful and they are not really bumpy but wet. I rushed to the dermatologist and told him my condition. He said I have clinical herpes and gave me Acyclovir for 7 days with Ezythromycin for 3 days. I had developed a very bad cough meanwhile with pain in my knee, shoulder. My right shoulder (whole area) went severely spastic and would hurt bad when I coughed. Also, I started  feeling that 2 points on the either sides at the back of my head are swollen. After the week, the sores went away but my cough and pain was still on so he suggested me to see a GP. I had figured out that they are my Lymph glands that are swollen.

The GP checked my cough and condition on the whole prescribed me Antibiotics (for 7 days) with Fexofenadine and Montair-10 (for 1 month). I took the medicine, I was better but still not completely. I was miserable for over a month, still coughing, having muscle pains, joint pains I then, decided to take my old medication  ( I suffer from sever bronchitis with severe cough when I go to India in winters). I took Ciprofloxacin-500 for 7 days (twice a day) with Vitamin B-complex and Levo-citrizine. I gradually got rid of the coughing, my shoulder is also fine now.

However, I am developing something new. It started with the swollen lymph nodes, I started having slight pain at specific points on my head going away from the lymph nodes. Now, I have a mild headache and my ocular muscles hurt. My eyes are red but I do not feel any burning although my lids twitch a lot. I have also started a sudden hairfall recently, its more than usual. I also have a slightly stronger shooting pain on the right side of my head.

I do not know whether all these have a connection. The doctor here has not been very helpful and I need to know I have not developed anything severe. I had noticed a small peel-off on my skin the next day I had sex with either of the two women. I have been immensely stupid but now I seek help.

Please suggest what could it possibly be. I have associated it with a variety of STIs - Mono, LGV, Herpes Zoster. I hope someone can help me out here.

Thank you Dave. I have seen all the stated within the past 4-5 months. After my first course of Acyclovir, I started having red very mild distributed small rashes under the skin on my torso while I had my cough. I went to my doc and he said I have p-rosea and it will go away by itself. It was in the month of Feb. It would become worse in appearance when I would exert more but then fade away, it still exists mildly though. I thought it had disappeared. But last week, at a freind's wedding, we danced really hard, and I saw a lot of light red small rash marks on my face and forehead for the first time.

My ears feel blocked always, I can not figure out what is wrong with me. It has been a while since i stopped my medication. I think I am getting my cough again and have a very bad fatigue. Seems like my energy is drained all the time with muscle/ joint aches. I am scared as i cant figure it out what is it. My hemoglobin was low when tested last (9). Recently i am having an itch on my legs and arms and its frequency is increasing. Can it be related to a liver of kidney infection?

I need help to connect all the dots.

Hi firstly your head aches and cough are no symptoms of any std. But to eliminate your concerns i would suggest having some blood test done to rule them out.
