What do i have? ??

Ok I'm gay and I have anal sex but it has been more than 5 months since my last sexual encounter. I self pleasure myself with a dildo and I realized that I was once bleeding before but around my anus are little tiny maybe scab like prices of skin. Not skin tags or hemorrhoids.. but I had these for the past 3 days and I last used my dildoa month ago.
