What in the world is on my penis?

Bumps/blisters can be many things often not a STD. But you would have to see a Dr to find out what it is.

Tiny red/pink bumps, i have 5 total, on the shaft of my penis, 3 spaced like a triangle on the right side, 2 on the left side side by side. They aren't *****, look more like tiny blisters that aren't infected.
