we usually just call it a uti instead of ngu in females.
The bacteria that is normal in the mouth isn't always so normal in the urogenital tract. Oral sex is associated with uti's and also vaginitis for females.
Thank you. I was also wondering more specifically , can a woman even get NGU from receiving cunnilingus?

If you are still experiencing burning with urination, you should be tested for an uti again. Sometimes the urogenital tract gets its bacteria off balance and it can be hard to get it back to normal again.
You tested negative for the bacterial std's that cause ngu ( which is just a fancy name for an uti caused by something other than gonorrhea ). No reason to think this is a std causing either of your symptoms at this point.
