What is my Risk of HIV?

I wen to a massage parlor th eother day.  Biggest mistake of my life.  Anyway, here is what happened.  She masterbated me without a condom and also used her finger to rub the out side of my anus.  I also rubbed her vagina very lightly, meaning no penatration.  I cant remember if i had any vaginal fluid on me but i doubt it.  Can anyone tell me if i should be worried?
