What is my STD risk from fisting and manual stimulation?

Thank you in advance for anyone taking the time to respond. I have put myself into a constant state of panic over this, and at one point had a panic attack. So I want to lay out the facts and get some objective advice. I am worried I have endangered my health and that of my partner. I am a gay male, in good health hiv negative, 28 years old.

3.5 weeks ago, I met someone online. We engaged in brief oral sex before he fisted me with both his hands using Crisco and nitrile gloves. He also masturbated me using both his hands before and while fisitng me. He may have masturbated himself at some point during this but I cannot recall. We both masturbated ourselves to ejaculation. I had not contact with his seaman.

Two days following this, my meatus was very inflamed and I felt urgency to urinate. I visited an urgent care which took a urine sample (I do not know what tests they ran) the results of which I was told were normal. The doctor told me it was simple irritation and to keep my foreskin pulled back often to allow it to stay dry. This seemed to help. At one point I gave into paranoia about this being an STD and took 500 mg Ciprofloxin twice a  for three daeys. It was an old fill I ended up not needing from 2013.

A week and a half ago, I began feeling a pain in my left groin that seemed to radiate to my rectum, testicles, penis. My meatus was also inflamed / swollen again. Then my entire pelvis felt painful. It was hard to pin down what exactly hurt. During this time (until 48 hours ago) I checked obsessively for discharge both anal and penial and found none. I had no pain during urination. My groin, pelvis, and genitals  felt uncomfortable and hot during this time. I was traveling during this time. When I returned home 48 hours ago, I immediately visited the health department. They took a urine sample (results pending), and treated me proactively with an injection and two pills. My symptoms have since resolved.

Am I over analyzing these symptoms and drawing connects where there are none? What is my actaul risk here? Thank you again for your responses.

You cannot gono from the fist and highly unlikely from the brief oral. Symptoms of gono are white puss penis discharge and burning while urinating or a sore throat if you gave him oral. The radiating pain is almost certainly an injury from the act itself and rough handjob an oral could cause penis tip irritation.

Okay got it. And with the fisting, if he were to have infected fluid on his hand and then insert, is that a risk?

Hi, with the unprotected oral you should test for herpes and syhpilis for your partners protection but as for your symptoms it would appear you have an injury from a fist being inserted inside your rectum

Thanks for the quick reply Dave. Just a few follow up questions: Would the timeline from the injury to symptom onset make sense? Would the antibiotics I received have resolved the  symptoms so quickly? Is much of this focused anxiety on my part? I neglected to mention in my post that the man I met online said he tested positive for gonorrhea but had been with another partner the week prior to this diagnoses so assumed it was from that encounter. Thank you again for your input.
