What is the purpose of having Skene glands

I have pain during sex in the skene glands but have no idea nor do my doctors about what to do about it. Is there something I should know about them or how to remedy this situation?

Not if associated with Ureaplasma showing up in all tests....I did some research, they are female prostate glands...could be or could not be Ureaplasma causing the pain but can't get a negative test to see if it is still there when Ureaplasma is not...
