What is the risk from unprotected oral sex given during Thai massage?

I am seriously worried that I may have contracted HIV or an STD from receiving unprotected oral sex during a Thai massage in Bangkok around 8-10 weeks ago.  From what I can remember I had no cuts/open wounds on my penis at the time but I have read that these things can still be transmitted even so.  I ejaculated into her mouth and she spat it out afterwards.  My penis looks and feels fine although I am freaking out at the minute.  Should I take an HIV test?

Thanks for your help Grace.

It's crazy how one stupid moment like this can have such an impact on your mental health.  This has driven me crazy and worried me sick.  It would destroy me knowing I had contracted an STD especially something as serious as HIV and the implications it has on others is just as bad.  It's hard to explain but when you read about the symptoms etc, you start to believe that you have them even though there are no physical signs.

I was ready to go for screening but now I wont.

Regards.

you are worrying needlessly!

don't let your guilt over this make you think you have more risk than you have had.

Because I thought symptoms take a while to show up.  I read HIV had an incubation period of 3 months and sometimes people don't show any symptoms until years after.  I'm just really worried because  I'm not someone who normally sleeps around and takes risks that way and I really wish I hadn't received the oral sex in the first place.  I also read that it was technically possible to get HIV type E from oral sex through mucus membranes on the penis?

I think I really need peace of mind in knowing I definitely haven't received an STD or HIV from this.

why do you think you contracted a std if you have no symptoms?

you won't get hiv from oral sex.
