What is this?

Yesterday I found a small bump on the inside of my vagina ( On the lips by the entrance ) I took my two fingers nails and was able to remove it.  I very worried that it could be genital warts.  I had intercourse with someone I know very well about three and a half months ago we did not use anything ( I am on the pill ) I also was at the docter last week she told me everything looked good.  The bump showed up overnight i check myself all the time so what could it be and could I have been able to remove it so easily if it was a wart?

Definitely not a wart if you could easily remove it.  Hard to say more without knowing what it looked like, whether you bled after removal, and so on.  Maybe the core of a sebaceous cyst (i.e., a glorified blackhead).  But almost certainly not an STD.
