What is this?

What is this?

I've been sexually exclusive with my boyfriend now for over six months.  We had unprotected sex 11 times during the course of 5 days.  I am pretty sore, and it occasionally burns when I urinate.  I also have some tearing in the skin that now looks like a little open sore at the top of my vagina right above the clitoris.  I also have 3 or 4 little clear fluid filled blisters on the 'lips' of my vagina which are somewhat painful. I've tried to just leave them alone and am putting neosporene on the open tear. I usually shave all of the hair from my pubic area.  I've been looking on the internet for some answers to only find that I might have herpes, I don't believe this is it.  I am guessing all of our activity could have caused an infection or something.  I can't get in to see my doctor until next week , please help tell me what this might be.

I agree herpes is the main concern and you should get checked right away.  If you do have an initial herpes infection, the longer you wait the less effective treatment will be; early mild outbreaks can very quickly become quite severe; and it is harder to make a diagnosis the longer the lesions are present.  As I write this, it is Saturday.  I wouldn't even wait until Monday; consider a visit immediately to an urgent care center or other clinic open weekends.  Otherwise call your doctor's office on Monday and insist on being seen immediately, or find another provider (e.g., your local public health STD or family planning clinic) for a quick evaluation.

Vigorous or frequent sex per se doesn't cause any infection, although it can cause discomfort.  But it doesn't cause open sore or blisters.  You probably "don't believe" you have herpes because of the exclusive relationship and, I assume, your partner doesn't have herpes as far as he knows.  But 25% of sexually active persons have herpes and most don't know it--so your partner certainly could be infected.  And herpes often appears several months into a new relationship, not necessarily in the first few weeks.

I hope I'm wrong, but don't mess around with this.  And please post a follow-up and let me know what happened.  Good luck--

Okay...well last time me and my boyfriend had sex, we didnt use a condom.  It didnt last that long, like we only did it for about 10 minutes because i had to be home, but now its like 3 days later and when i pee, it feels like a normal pee at first and right when i am about to stop peeing it burns to the point where i am crying.  and there is a little bit of blood.
