What is wrong with me ?

Dear sir

I had an open mouth deep kissing 5 months ago, 3 weeks after the kiss I developed symptoms, I had STD,s tests at one month and 3 months post kissing and all came back negative.

I tried to relax and forget about it but I couldn't because I still have some symptoms until now, I have very dry lips with red ring around them which becomes very warm and red after eating, also muscle twitching and tingling all over my body especially legs, joint and muscle pain, and from time to time I feel anal itching and burning sensation inside penis crown

could it be a candida infection or maybe I cached oral HPV?

please help

So now you may have a new viral infection. Do you think that every cold, every muscle twitch, or other new medical symptom the rest of your life will somehow be related to that kiss?  Nonsense. In any case, neither mononucleosis nor any STD would cause such symptoms for this long. None of this has any connection with the kiss 5 months ago, except for the possible psychological connection noted above. Believe it, accept it, and move on.

I appreciate your attention sir but until now I'm sick, I'm having sever headache for 3 days now and my throat is hurting, lymph nodes mild pain and my muscles and joints just don't stop hurting and twitching ! Does mono cause such symptoms for more than 5 months?

Kissing doesn't risk STDs, and no infection of any kind -- STD or anything else-- can cause the symptoms you describe. Neither candida nor HPV would cause such symptoms, and neither of these is acquired by kissing. Your symptoms are unrelated to the kiss 5 months ago, except that they might be due to anxiety over that event.

Good luck.
