What kind of STD can you get from oral that causes sore throat,ear ache,and runny nose?

I am a female and I just gave oral sex on my boyfriend. This was the first time we have done anything sexual. Its been three days now and on the night after i gave him oral i started getting a sore throat and now i have sore throat ear ache and runny nose but, its only on one side its all on my right side.. Like the right side of my throat hurts, my right ear hurts, and my right nostrol is runny/stuff.
