Whats wrong and what going on down there

Ok so i have been dating a guy for three months and we have been having unprotected sex. A couple of days ago my vagina began to itch but there was not discharge or any other symptoms of an std. The other day my boyfriend called to tell me he now has a small bump that looks like a mole on his penis. While my vagina was itchy we had unprotected sex and the next day the mole like bumped showed up. As of now i have no bumps or redness in or around my vagina. therefore i was wondering what the bump could be and if i had an std without knowing and gave it to  him. My concern is we havent been with any other people since we started seeing each other so can an std just show up like three months later. Also the bump being on his penis could that maybe be a male yeast infection of something wrost and could i possibly have an std and not know but remember my vagina is just itchy and there is no discharge or no bumps

Yes, an std can show up 3 months later, and since you both have symptoms, you should be checked out.

It could be just yeast, but you want to make sure.
