What's wrong with me? HELP?!

Hello Doctors,
On my 21st Birthday my friends and I had a party for myself and there were a lot of extracurricular activities.. "long story short," I received unprotected oral sex from a stripper. I don't know if this makes a difference, but i don't drink liquor and for my birthday i did, so i was extremely intoxicated and therefore could not get an erection and i didn't even ejaculate, so it only lasted about 2-3 minutes. Shortly after the incident i felt very uncomfortable with my genital area. I was seeing a clear discharge from my penis, discomfort while urinating, urine dripping after i had already urinated, sensitive area around the head of the penis, i also felt as if my scrotum/testicles were swollen because they seemed to be throbbing. I had no problem urinating, only felt discomfort while doing it (i wouldn't describe it as serious burning sensation, just uncomfortable and not normal flow). About 5 days after the incident i saw a urologist, i was tested for all STD/STI's possible with a urine and blood test. the doctor gave me a shot (don't remember the name but he said it was for possible STI) and also prescribed me to take a weeks worth dosage of Doxycycline. After a week of faithfully taking my antibiotics I went back for another check up with the doctor and to receive my test results. All results came back negative, but the symptoms persisted. So the doctor told me if i had any STI's those antibiotics should have cleared it up. He gave me another prescription, a weeks worth of Metronidazole 500mg, to treat a possible trichomoniasis (i think thats how you say it). After taking that faithfully for a week, my symptoms seemed to calm down. Now i've been off all medications for over a week and i still sometimes see a clear/sticky discharge from my penis, feeling sensitive around the head of the penis, also after i urinate, urine continues to drip after into my underwear, and some sore pain in my groin area. Looking at my genital area, everything looks normal from the outside and the doctor also said everything looks normal, he also said my scrotum looked fine and not swollen, although it does still feel sensitive at times. All of these symptoms occurred AFTER my sexual encounter, I have NEVER had anything like this before and it has been just over a month since the incident and I'm still not feeling 100%. I have an appointment with another urologist for 5 days from now. I am here for some professional advice because this is really stressing me out! I feel helpless, will i ever be back to normal? what can be the reason for all this? I hope someone can help me resolve this and shed some advice for me. Thank you for reading and I'm looking forward to a response.

Even though you say you never had this or that before, when our attentions totally gets to the head of our penis as we look for symptoms, we see things and feel we havent noticed before and it scares the heck out of us. I know it, same here. The clear discharge may be normal (not a discharge then but .. you know what I mean) ... and the swollen testicles may not be swallen after all, as when we start to put our minds to it we start feeling pain, right? If you have skin problems on penis head it may be balanitis or simple because you rub it or soap it more then usual or put some cream on it? Anyway, I'm not saying is nothing, but best to get checked for all STDs at 6 or 12 weeks and then believe the conclusions. It may be anxiety, this is how it works :/
