What's wrong with me?

     Please, can you tell me what's wrong with me?

A little bit of background:
     I am athletic, healthy female, 22 years old, with no history of these symptoms.
I met a girl at a bar, she kissed me a few times, I gave her a ride home...on the way she surprise attacked me, and robbed me. My mouth was bleeding and front teeth knocked loose, BIT me (deep and bloody), BLED on me. Her family called me to apologize after her arrest, told me she was a stripper, prostitute, and had problems with meth-

It's been a month.

I am terrified, because I now have a few problems in my mouth;
          -wart like bumps on the back of my tongue 5-10 (came with a brief post nasal drip sore throat, now painless)

Two days ago I started taking Methylprednisolone (I read that steriods can affect your immune system), since then

          -slightly raised white circles with crater like red centers (painless)
          -as of now about 30 medium sized bumps scattered accross the middle of my tongue (painless)
          -and these small bump like sores have appeared twice this week on the tip of my tongue, they are painfull and seem to burn off with salt and alcohol.

Also, I've developed a cold sore in the past 2-3 times before, and I thought I was getting a cold sore on my lip. When this has happened before applying Abreva would make it stop getting bigger and go away, but now the medicine is not doing anything.

Please, I'm not insured, I intend to go to the county health department tomorrow, but it seems they never call you back to tell you what's happening. I am so scared, I keep my mouth brushed, and whitened, I rinse with listerine, salt water, peroxide-

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE -> help me, tell me what I can do to protect my mouth, to make these issues stop-
I really need my mouth, I want to get married, kids, etc., WHAT CAN I DO?!? I am so scared.
