Where does STD comes from

I hav heard about STD being transmitted thru unprotected sex. Does virgins have STD? Is only Unprotected sex transmit STD. Can oral Sex caused a person to have HIV(there might be some blood from teeth).

No STD just appears on its own; it has to be caught from another person.  A technical virgin can acquire certain STDs--for example, genital apposition without penetration (such as penis against vagina but not inside) and oral sex can occasionally transmit STDs, such as herpes.  But with rare exceptions, STDs only occur in sexually active persons.

Oral sex is a very low-risk practice in regard to HIV transmission, even when blood is present, but not zero.  Rare cases of HIV are acquired by oral sex, but they truly are rare.
