Which std could cause these symptoms..PLEASE HELP!

Tags: spine, Back, rash, painful tongue

Could Chlamydia or any other std cause a rash on the trunk of the body ,( for about a year now, it doesn't itch) back pain ( in the spine), and/or Painful tongue ( As if it were scratched?)
