White patches on head of penis

Hi all
For a couple of weeks now I've had these white marks/patches on the head of my penis (I'm uncircumcised). The head of the penis is not sore itchy or giving me any discomfort of any kind. I have been using a canesten cream for the last couple of weeks and it seem to be getting better but in the last couple of days it seems the white patches are pealing leaving fresh skin underneath. This is red but again not sore whatsoever. I thought this was as yeast infection but I'm not so sure as it has not been giving me any discomfort. Does anyone know if this is normal ? the only thing that's changed in my life is I've become more sexually active in the last 6 months than normal and she as not experienced any thrush like symptoms herself.

These white patches can be any number of things (allergic reaction, dry skin, yeast / fungal infection, etc). However, they are not characteristic of any STD. Because you have had this for a couple of weeks now, you should see your doctor or a dermatologist to get an appropriate diagnosis / treatment.
