Who knows what this is...

Make this quick, but detailed. Mid January, bikini line rash, small, dime sized, barely noticeable, slightly diff color than skin, also bad discharge with smell. few weeks ago sores appear (unsure of correlation with rash), unsure of pus/drainage. appear 'chancre' like, very sore hurts when urine passes over the sores and when wiping (obviously), sores disappear, then extreme sore muscle feeling in groin, hips, inner upper thighs, into bottom of buttocks. (Soreness began in bottom of feet, moved to upper inner thighs, then perfectly lined where my underwear sit, then moved to buttocks where it remains), another sore appeared higher up in the pubic area. Same as before, sensitive and appears chancre like. During this time (past few weeks) I have experienced a light discharge, no smell. Have sharp pains in groin area, and ache/pain around the area where I believe my ovaries are. 8 years ago after sons birth, diagnosed with HPV (that causes abnormal cells that are precancerous), unsure if there is a correlation. Also the rash spot is still there, it has not grown in size, or changed in anyway. I recently started dating a guy and shortly after which is when the sores appeared. I do not have medical insurance, so I'm not able to seek medical help. Anyone (Educated in the field preferable) have any idea what it is or could be. I also just remembered, before the sores appeared, literally right before they appeared, clitoris was extremely overly sensitive, and either dry or not as moist as normal, urinating didn't hurt but wiping was uncomfortable. Sexually intercourse doesn't hurt, urinating does not hurt. Another important point, there is not cluster of sores or bumps, if they begin as bumps before they turn into sores, sadly I have not noticed. The sores are by themselves. Not so short but hopefully detailed enough for a good logical answer :s
I'm aware I will at some point need to seek medical help, but having an idea of what I am up against, and knowing whether I should go to the health dept, random doctor, or a specialist will greatly help in knowing how much money I have to save up.

Shoot. I almost forgot about the extreme itch that I had almost right before the first sore appeared (at first I thought I had scratched/rubbed the spots raw).
Okay I 'think' that is all my symptoms, if not, I'll post it in the comments (Sorry tend to be a bit of a scatter brain)

I can't give you much info other then seeing a Dr. Try a free clinic or some place that works on a sliding scale. Overall this does not seem to be a STD.
