Wierd lump or cyst or somthing of that matter.. Need help

well this all started a few weeks ago... its a scary thing because i am sexually active and its somthin ive never come about.

What it is... It is a Pimple like Lump on the side of my penis. It is like a cut in half marble pasted on the side of my penis. its reall read and it hurts when touched or rubbed or moved. it pusses a lil and today it pussed, i squeezed as hard as i could and nothin was comin out. i wiggled it around like a pimple as i did this a little off white like puss looking thing started to come to the crater where the puss came out. i tryed wiping this away and it dident wipe away. then i took my nails and kinda try pullin it out... when i did this Apple seed sized pimple puss colord hard thing came out. it seemed like a peice of wood or carboard in hardness. the lump now has a crater and i dont no what this is , what do about it, or for that matter anything...

has any one ever heard of somthin like this?

This sounds like a garden-variety pimple that got a bit out of hand, or perhaps infection of a sebaceous cyst.  A firm "core" often develops in such infections over time.  Pimples normally occur on the penis from time to time.  It doesn't sound like any STD.  Just let it heal; if it doesn't clear up, see a health care provider.
