Worried, Lied, not sure what to do

I screwed up. I cheated on my wife and now I'm really worried. Originally I thought I got something from a jacuzzi while out of town. I went to my doctor (shared doctor with wife, daughter, very close to us). He asked me if I had slept with anybody other than my wife. I was caught off gaurd and said no of course not. It's not a normal thing for me. It's not me at all and it will never happen again. So he looked at my penis which burned on the shaft, no discharge, or signs of an STD. He perscribed me with Clotrimazole and betamethasone (Dipropionate Cream USP), and doxycycline (which I asked for incase it was bacterial).
I got nervous the next day after thinking about how it could be an STD and went to an urgent care place. I told this doctor everything, and told him i couldn't be tested because the insurance would send something and my wife would find out. He understood and gave me a Keflex injection. He said the doxy and keflex would take care of chlamydia and gonerrea if I had either of them. So I have cream, Doxy, and Keflex in use right now in my body. I thought this was over with and I could rest easy. But I have slight burning of my urination and when it hits the tip of my penis it hurts, along with the tip of my penis feeling sore when it rubs against my boxer shorts.
I don't know if the burning is because of the antibiotics or if it's something else. The cream makes my penis burn, so it's hard to know if the original symptom (burning of the penis's shaft) is going away.
Is there anything I could have that Keflex and Doxy won't get rid of?  I've read that triconomis (spelled wrong) isn't treated with those drugs, but in some cases Doxy is used for alternative treatment.

I'm not sure I understand "I thought I got something from a jacuzzi", unless that's werhe you had the extramarital sexual exposure.  You can't catch a urinary infection from being in a spa.  Although you don't describe the penile skin condition as a rash, it sounds like that's what you have.  Most penile rashes are not due to STD.  However, I suppose it is possible you caught a yeast infection from your extramarital sex partner, or conceivably herpes -- but most likely your doctor would have recognized herpes if that was what it was.

The injection undoubtedly was ceftriaxone (trade name Rocephin), not cephalexin (Keflex), which is only available orally.  But the two drugs are similar.  In any case, the urgent care doctor is correct:  between doxycycline and ceftriaxone, any possible bacterial STD is pretty well covered.  That includes gonorrhea, chlamydia, nongonococcal urethritis (NGU) and syphilis.  Whatever burning sensation you have is definitely not due to any ongoing STD -- and most likely it has nothing to do with your sexual indiscretion (unless it is just the effect of heightened anxiety about the event).  Trichomonas doesn't cause rash and is an unlikely problem here.

I thought the burning was fron the jacuzzi because I know they are a breading ground for bacteria and fungus. I have a buddy that owns a pool/spa company and he has horror stories from people that call him needing a cleaning of there spas; infections something terrible.
My doctor (original doctor) looked at my penis and saw it was inflammed, and followign my line of information (jacuzzi) he figured it was fungal; hints the cream he gave.

I'm curious if the person i slept with had a yeast infection, would the cream I am using get rid of that? Or do i need to go back to the doctor and get something else?

Just to clarify, I've just read up on symptoms of yeast infection/male. You mentioned herpes and so did the article. I don't have bumps, just a red, burning penis. Not sure if that clues you into any different information

Contaminated spas certainly can cause superficial skin infections (usually bacterial), but there is no logical reason it would be limited to the penis.  In any case, I assumed you initially were worried about a urethral infection (given the treatments you requested and were given) -- but to my knowledge contaminated spas do not lead to urinary infections.

Herpes doesn't cause diffuse rash.  If there were discrete blisters that turned to pimples and then open sores or scabs, herpes would a significant concern.  Beyond that, I cannot judge the cause of your rash and whether or not it might be related to your sexual indiscretion.  (If it was, the symptoms would probalby have started with 2-3 days of the sexual exposure.)  You'll need to discuss the possibilities with the doctors who have examined and treated you.  There's not much more I can do.  Good luck.
