Worried, questions on Elisa testing

I'm a Hterosexual male and about 3 months ago I had unprotected vaginal sex for 2 minutes, I started to freak out as I found out that she had multiple partners in the past. I went and got tested for, Herpes, gonnareh, syphllis, hepatitis, and hiv 14 days after the incidance and all was negative, I got another hiv test after 4 weeks around the 30 day mark which was negative. I developed a sore throat after 6 weeks which lasted a few weeks then went away with antibiotics that was prescribed to me. I got another test for hiv 8-9 weeks around the 60 day mark and it was negative. My throat is alot better now but still continues to bug at times, it feels like theres something stuck when I swallow my saliva, but its not to bad. I'm also a smoker but this has never happened before. Since the antibiotics I have cut down on smoking alot, sometimes 2-5 a day and some days with none
going down from a pack. I've also had some neck stiffnes and back muscle aches. I just had a few questions.

1. What do you make of my symptoms, Do you think they are related, or is it just a coincadence?

2. Would my Hiv tests give me a valuble result out to 60 days? I have heard that with the elisa test its very accurate at 6 weeks, and that almost 100% of infected people would show by this point?

3. I dont know which generation elisa was used on my test I went to a doctors office in a hospital I think that they would use the 3rd or 4th generation, I'm not sure, what do you think? Should I follow the cdc policy and get tested at the 3 month mark, its been 80 days now, any insight is great thanks.

Your risk is almost zero from that exposure.  Your throat symptoms probably are coincidental.  Plenty of time has gone by to rely on the negative HIV test results you have had.

Having said that, you'll probably sleep better if you have one more negative result at 3 months; that probably will be more reassuring than anything I can say.  But don't lose sleep in the meantime; you don't have it.

Thanks Doc, I think I will get another test in 2 weeks for peace of mind making it 90 days. I'm still a little worried about my throat problem, but as long as its not hiv, I'll get over it, so My 9 week test you would say is extremly reliable. Thanks again for your help.
