The unfortunate part here is that you took the meds, and now testing for other things might be tricky, if the antibiotics have inhibited the growth of other bacteria enough to cause a false negative test.
I wonder if you have a urinary tract infection, prostatitis, etc - and the timing is pure coincidence.
The floxstat will not cure chlamydia at that dose, but it might cure gonorrhea at that dose. However, gonorrhea has become resistance to it, more so in some populations (men who have sex with men) and certain areas.
That said, what you describe doesn't sound like chlamydia or gonorrhea. If you had protected sex, the chances that you got either of those are about zero, and you probably wouldn't have had symptoms of either so fast. Frequent urination isn't a symptom, either.
