Worried about HSV from Menstruation Blood

Hi Doctor,

I visit a massage parlour 21 days ago , the girl was only wearing panties, I remember she was sitting on my back while massaging me and a few time she massage my penis as well, after finish with my back she ask me to remove her panties which i did, and I saw some blood on her panties,, after that she lay on the bed and ask me to sit on her top (my penis did not touch her vagina) with her face facing up and she did touch her vagina for about 1 minutes, she said she feel itchy because she just shave the vagina hair, but I saw her touching her clitoris not the upper part where the vagina hair was,she told me she want to do the handjob, but before that happened I pour  some massage oil at her fingered and rub it with my hand and hoping that the virus or bacteria will die off at her hand which could be consist of blood and vagina secretion, she started doing the handjob on me , after 2 minutes later I was afraid that it might not enough with the oil only, so I ask her to continue the handjob in the bath room and ask her to use some soap for the handjob hoping that this could kill it all.

1. 16 days after exposure , I feel pain and  a hot sensation during urine but that was only happened when it started ,it feel normal after the urine flowing, I feel itchy too  but I did not see any redness or sore at the penis, I have a discharge at the penis one morning but the fluid was clear but this not happened again for the following day until now,  is this the symptom of HSV-2 or any STD? I was worried about Chlaymydia, Gonorhea and NGU and  I have sex with her 2 days after the exposure and she was sick for 3 days.

2.  14 days after the exposure I develop a sore throat and mouth ulcer and in the inner part of the lips, but the color is white and round, I was very worried about acquiring HSV-2 which I read from this forum and internet is very contagious, is there no risk at all  or some risk  that I could acquired HSV-2 from this kind of activity?

Most of your symptoms sound like you're just feeling normal body sensations, exaggerated by your anxiety -- or minor symptoms that don't indicate anything serious.  If in doubt, see a doctor, but my guess is there's nothing wrong except anxiety.

Thanks a lot for the prompt explanation, it really help to calm down my anxiety, what could have cause the above symptom if not STD?, I know there is no need at all for testing and i do believe that, however just to release my anxiety, if I do testing for HSV-2 when is the definitive time for it?, no more question, thanks you really help a lot.

Welcome.  However, in looking at your various threads on several forums over the years, I am concerned at the evidence I see for irrational fears of HIV and other STDs.  Here is really all you need to know about STD prevention and risk:  if a bare penis (no condom) does not enter another person's vagina, rectum, or mouth, you can safely assume you are at no risk.    STDs are not transmitted by the indirect kinds of contact you describe here.  Hand-genital contact is entirely risk free.  To your specific questions:

1) These symptoms are not those of any STD.  The only one that comes close is the brief urethral discharge, but STDs don't usually cause clear discharge, and they don't cause symptoms that appear once or twice and then cease.

2) STDs rarely cause sore throat or mouth ulcers of this sort.  HSV-2 is not as easily transmitted as you have come to believe from your internet searches.

So no worries, no need for testing -- and if you have a regular partner, you can continue normal relations without fear of transmitting anything from the massage parlor events you have described.

Best regards--  HHH, MD
