Worried about oral gonorrhoea.

Hi, firstly I know oral gonorrhoea is not very common, but knowing my luck I'll be the 1 in how ever many that actually gets it
I gave unprotected oral sex followed by protected sex nearly 7 weeks ago and about 2 days after I started to get a sore throat. This has been on and off since then but I've not had any cold symptoms that I remember. 11 days after the encounter I had a full sti check, everything was negative ( but  the actually deceased protected). My sore throat has persisted so I went and had swabs done, I'm waiting back on the gonorrhoea results but I have had a positive for oral thrush. I'm 3 days into treatment for the thrush, the coating on my tongue has reduced but I still have white/pus patches they are now on my tonsils, which they weren't before. My tonsils arrant red at all but I am now feeling unwell and constantly tired.
Even through I have the oral thrush if I had oral gonorrhoea would it still show up?
Realistically what are my chances of oral gonorrhoea?
How likely am I to pass it on through oral sex and kissing?
I've heard to can clear up it's self, is this realistic? Even with my current throat state?
Thanks, as u can tell I'm over anxious.

Thanks

I caught oral gonorrhea this way. No need to be alarmed, though. Gonorrhea is treatable. It's a shot of ceftriaxione and four azithromycin pills. If you were negative in your previous STI panels, chances are you're negative on the throat swab!
