Worried about passing virus on

Hi , I am getting my test results for an HIV test tomorrow and am not to confident of a happy outcome due to the number of symptoms I have been having.  Anyway last night I went with a drink with my brother and about a third of the way thru my pint I a noticed a small red or pink streak which I assumed to be lipstick, (that perhaps had not been well cleaned from the glass the last time it was used) in the froth of my beer.  I showed it to my brother and he scooped it out a put it in his mouth.  After this I have become concerned that it could have been some blood from my teeth as they bleed from time to time, clearly have I not told my brother about my possible condition otherwise he would not have gone near it.

I know that it could have been something harmless, but assuming that it was my blood and assuming I do have HIV what are chances that my brother could have caught it from me?

Oral contact with HIV-infected blood, especially in small amounts, doesn't transmit the infection.  Don't worry about it.
