Worried about picking up something

I had a recent experience in Pattaya, Thailand that concerns me.  My first day there, about a week ago, I was out drinking and ended up having unprotected oral sex performed on me by a local bar girl.  I never ejaculated from the oral sex, but I did masturbate until finished.  My last night there I went out again and picked up another bar girl, whom I had unprotected oral sex with and protected sexual intercourse.  From what I remember, I placed the condom on properly, and the sex did not last long because I could not finish.  We then resumed unprotected oral sex for a bit and she placed her finger in my anus.  My anus is still a little sore about a day and a half later, but I did not see any cuts anywhere that I could remember.  I never did ejaculate during the whole experience, but I am worried about possible STDs.  I have no symptoms to speak of so far from either experience, but how long should I wait/when should I get checked out?  I spoke with my public health clinic, and they take walk-ins for people who have no symptoms.  I just want to rest a little easier and find out when I should be checked out as I have heard some bad things can be picked up there.

What are the chances of me getting acute prostatitis?  I read the symptoms, and they appear to match my fevers, chills, and pain in the perineum (burning between scrotum and anus).  I think it may have come from the finger penetrating my anus.

If you don't want to get anything then never do anything unprotected. I posted an anwer on your other forum question.

I am concerned about getting an STD of any kind from the three actions.  I have talked to people that have been there, and STDs were never really brought up.  I just assume they were doing the same things I did without contracting anything.  I am just worried because I don't want to get anything.

Hi and welcome. im not a doctor but have some experience as have been at Pattaya as well. Std as with chlymida and gonoreah incubation is about 5 days after contact. You at a low risk for contacting as you used protection. You butt is another thing. You were drunk so may not remember but maybe she pushed your anus too hard and maybe scratched it with her fingernail as contain a lot of bacteria. You also might have a hemmeroid that she imflamed. If your worried to have it checked out as better safe than sorry.
