Worried about possible STD

Hello Guys,
Alright so it is kind of a long story but I want to give all the details. I'm 19 and around 4 months ago I had protected sex and unprotected oral with a girl. Around 2 weeks after the encounter I developed a yellowish discharge and mild burning urination right after I noticed the discharge I went to a clinic and they gave me 1g of azithromycin and a shot of penicillin and everything went away for around 3 weeks with still slight dysuria (burning urination). At that 3 week mark I went to play soccer and my scrotum got really itchy and I noticed some white bumps that later on where confirmed to be fordyce spots. So a month after I got treated the first time I got a urinalysis and blood work done and everything came back negative (hiv, syphilis, gon/chlamydia). Still with dysuria I went to an infectious disease specialist 2 months after the encounter and he gave me a shot of rocephin and 7 days of 100mg doxy twice a day and flagyl for trich just in case. That for some reason gave me more symptoms I started to feel sometimes during the day as if someone was pinching me with a needle in my urethra and it would only last around 3 secs. After I finished that course those symptoms started to subside but the dysuria was still there like before mild pain from .5-1 in a scale of 10. Still scared I got a herpes test 3 months after the encounter which came back negative 2 weeks later I got another one just to be sure and negative again. I went to 2 urologist that month and they both said that I had nothing to worry about that everything would go away in a couple of weeks to a month. It's been a month since then and the burning in my urethra got slightly worse and It's there every time I pee before it was every other one some days only happening once. I went to another urologist last week and he said that I might have a little infection left so he gave me cipro for 10 days which I'm half way through and for some reason the pinching from the time I took doxy is coming back. I started drinking a lot of water today to see and that has helped a lot I don't feel the burning when I pee but I have that annoying pinch. I'm worried because the infectious disease doctor told me that pee shouldn't burn a lot and less every day. My biggest fear is giving this to my new girlfriend so please help me.
Thank you!

Can't help you much but I don't see this as a STD issue. You have tested and medicated for several STD's and again don't see this as a STD.

Forgot to mention my scrotum and my pubic area still itch every once in a while more than normal or what I can recall was normal. Also why did the fordyce spots appear coincidentally after the treatment for possible chlamydia/gon? This is my smallest concern so please answer this when you're done reading the first post.
Hopefully you can help :)
