Worried about small bumps around anus

I recently had safe sex with another male. I was in the receiving end of the intercourse. I noticed after a few days after sex that I had these small bumps around my anus. They are painful, not very itchy, and whitish/flesh in color. They are sensitive when I wipe after passing stool and to hot water from my shower head. I'm very concerned that these might be an std or hpv warts. I did however, prior to intercourse shaved around my anus and buttocks. I walked around in very hot weather and it might just be from the new stubble coming in and from walking and sweating from the hot weather. I am terribly embarrassed and scared. I would appreciate any feedback to this question and try to clarify anything for you guys. Thank you!

I wanted to thank you again for your reply. My condition has gotten better. I believe it was indeed a irritation of some sort. I think I'll be getting an exam though just to be safe.

HPV would not show that quick.
Any kind of Dr or clinic should be ok to see.

Oh, and I am again for for all the questions, but what type of doctor and clinic would be best to go to? I was also wondering about cost of treatment, time, etc. I am only a student but I have a job. My family isn't that well off right now. (Seeing is that I don't have any kind of medical insurance.)

Thank you for the reply. I'm just very concerned because it seems to gotten larger and spread just a little bit around. I will however see a doctor as soon as I get home. I am away from the country right now. Do you know if genital warts /HPV warts are painful like sores?

Sounds like irritation, but you will have to see a Dr for an exam.

I had also noticed that passing stool has been very difficult right now. I apologize for the multiple questions. I am just very concerned about my health after a foolish and rash decision.
