Would dry sex cause this?

Me and my GF Alot of the time for the last few months havnt really had any forplay and we usually just jump right too it and have really rough sex. After having sex my penis feels really dry, or irritated, itches and has little red bumps on it and feels really raw. after a few days -a week without sex it goes away but usually comes back if we have sex but not as bad, unless we keep having sex instead of just once.. Does this sound like an std or should we just start having forplay or use lube? Thanks for any advise. Am I allowed to post pictures here, because i have a few good ones so you can see what im talking about.
Thanks again

Doesn't sound like an STD and could very well be due to friction if she isn't well lubricated.

Please, no pictures- we do not look at them on this forum.
