YEAST INFECTION= HERPES?

i'm still freaking out as many of you can see. I HAD PROTECTED SEX about two weeks ago with an individual whose STD status is unknown. I confronted him yesterday about whether he got tested regularly and said that he did and that he was fine. Now I keep seeing white dots when I stretch the skin on my vagina. Could this be herpes? Also, I'm getting a yellowish/whitish discharge...can this be a yeast infection caused by a possible herpes infection? IS A YEAST INFECTION A SIGN OF AN UPCOMING HERPES OUTBREAK?

PLEASE HELP!!!
