Yeast/Fungi or Bacterial Infection?

Good day!
History:
Age=23 yr old   Occupation=Engineer     Status=single Filipino

I had unprotected sex with my girlfriend last may 1 2005.
may 3, 2005 i got itchy penis.
may 5, '05 I got penile discharge with ache on the right testes and pain in my right underarm and pain in the head of my penis. I ask her, (she told me that she was raped by foreigner when she got a vacation) I cry and i leave her.
may 7, '05 I got round elevated skin and itchy all over me (I take celestamine)=it disappear.
may 8, '08 I had a check up for urinalysis (Positive for bacteria)
may 9, '05 I went to the hospital and they gave me a shot of cetfrioxone and (doxy twice a day) in 14 days.
May 27, '05 I had a urinalysis and it is negative (cleared)
Beyond this I have no contact with anyone, Nothing..
June '05 = Pain when im urinating, Headache
July '05 = Headache, Gas pain ( I always farting 15 times a day))
August '05 = Blurring of eye/itchy, gas pain, bad breath, pimples
September '05 = Blurring of eye/itchy, gas pain, bad breath, pimples, foul odor when perspirating, sore throat.
October '05= Blurring of eye/itchy, gas pain, bad breath, pimples, foul odor when perspirating, lower back pain, calf cramps, Phlegm in my throat.
November= Lost of weight and mention above

December '05= I take all of exam to rule this out. I am dying to find out!
1.(HIV TEST=NEGATIVE)
2.(Urine culture=NEGATIVE)
3.(Blood Culture=NEGATIVE)
4.(Xray=NEGATIVE)
5.(PhlegmCulture for TB/Fungus=NEGATIVE)
6.(CBC=NEGATIVE) 7(Hepatitis all=NEGATIVE)
8.(Urinalysis=NEGATIVE) 9.(Stool test=NEGATIVE)
10. (for Work medical test=NEGATIVE)
11. (ASO=NEGATIVE)
12. (Opper Indoscopy=NEGATIVE for H. Pylori)
All are negative= prestige hospital signed that i am fit to work.
Conclusion of 4 hospital= phlegm because of allergy, stress.

April 2009= (Complete Medical Check up= NEGATIVE/   Fit to work)
still i have this sypmtoms
-Phlegm on my throat
-Gas pain
-Head ache when I take Vitamin C
-Bad breathe
-Loss of sex drive

I already try the spit test and that exactly what happenf to my saliva. is it Bacteria or fungi?
What test to detect/configure the fungi/yeast? to cure it. I am tired of this for how many years...

No I'm not an Expert.... as I indicated in my last post you would need to pay 15 dollars in the experts forum for an experts opinion.

Nothing is going to change what your test results are... there are things that can cause your symptoms... not having enough fluids can cause white phlegm and bad breath. Gum problems can cause bad breath... your gas you and your friend are experiencing has nothing to do with an STD. Gas is normal you could have other problems relating to this but its not an STD... you need to believe your results if you don't it is going to continue like this for as long as you are stressing.

You can submit discharge specimen samples but according to you your doc. (4 of them) has already done all testing.

I don't know anything about your fungi issue, I do know as per your post your doctors didn't find anything.

This is my last question for now. I read here, you can submit the discharge specimen to the lab. what test is this? can i send semen? other than phlegm culture and blood culture, other test to detect what makes the infection? thank you very much

Ok. ur taking specialty right now? I am just curious coz my GF also begin to have excessive gas. 4 excellent doctors told me im ok, but I am still looking for fungi/yeast. tell me pls, do you believe in candida? cause i took antibiotics.
GAS=Fungi + Sugar
Phlegm= makes me allergy cuase of fungi

other than phlegm culture for fungus, what other specimen or test will assures me that i have no fungi/yeast? sorry kdaily. i want to explain my facts/opinion. I studied also microbiologist technician thats why i am curious.

The spit test, urine test is used to determine if there is any bacteria in the mouth.

I don't know what to tell you about your phlegm... it could be due to the stress and anxiety you have... Gas well my BF has a lot of gas too.

If you infact have had all the test done for STDs then STDs are not your problem you have had your test done past all of the window periods... I honestly think you need to relax, stress can do a lot to the body.

Thank you for the time: Blood culture cause i think it is bacterial infection. Urine culture cause my doctor want to see if there are bacteria growing in 2 days. Both of them are negative, 4 doctors told me I took all of those STD.
How about the spit test? do doctors believe with this test?  
I just thinking of my white phlegm and excessive gas, I have a phlegm cause there is foreign microorganism in my lungs? and excessive gas because the fungi when eat sugar they produce Co2?

Okay there are few questions, i see you were tested for HIV, and Hep. but I don't see the other STDs... what was the blood and urine culture for? do you know for sure you were tested for all STDS... below is a link for all of the STDs read through and and make sure you tested for all of them... look for your results for each. double check with your doctor and make sure you had STD testing and not just a pyshical check up

Gas pain, Headache when you take Vit. C has nothing to with any STDs
Loss of sex drive could be your anxiety
Phlegm in throat (can be normal)
Bad breath ... could be related to a gum disorder ( see your dentist)
