Yeast infection or more serious?

Hello

Iam a 24 year old male, I have unprotected sex on a friday afternoon (i wore a condom, it broke, we took it off and continued) I was unable to shower untill about 20 hours after sex, so hygeine was a worry. about 24-36 hours after sex i noticed red blotchy rash on the top of my penis under where the foreskin would be (i am circumsized, but where the foreskin rest on a non erect penis.)

within the next 24 hours after noticing the blotch, it spread around my penis head, and the inside of the foreskin is itchy also.

the rash looks like tiny red bumps, and they are on my foreskin and penis head, but ONLY where the foreskin come into contact with the penis head, the tip that is not covered has no itchiness or rash on it.

could this be a yeast infection or balantitis caused by taking so long to wash after sex? it seems to me like the foreskin would have been moist and a breading ground for infection.

I have begun treatment using an antifungal cream...there is no blisters or open sores, and its been 3 days since i noticed it, so this leads me to believe herpes is unlikely.

any help at all would be much appreciated.

it was too early to get symptoms if the cause was an std. wen the condom broke did u put a new one b4 continuing sex? Go get these bumps looked at, it cud be some kind of skin irritation, infection or bacterial  problem. It was too early to have symptoms of an std from this sexual encounter. Get a doctor to take a look.
