Yeast infection???

Hello my names Adrian I'm 23 years old and I wanted to ask a question regards to my penis !!. Well for about 5 months now I've been trying to figure out if I have a yeast infection or wat??! Ok I have somewhat like a redish rash on the tip of my penis on the right side and sometimes it looks like a lighter color than my normal skin color I guess it depends cuz it switches. And I also have like little white looking lines on the right side on the tip of my penis kinda looks like little stretch marks or lines!!??I was just wondering if these are any signs of yeast infection.???
