Yeast or something worse

Hi! So about 4 months ago I had a brief sexual encounter... There was genital touching..
I went to STD clinic because I had a pulling feeling in lower abdomen... Ultra sound showed all was normal and although I had no other symptoms I wanted to be sure it wasnt sexually transmitted. They treated me for MPC and treated me for HIV, Syphilis, ghonorhea and chlamydia... This treatment of antibiotics was approx 6 weeks ago and the pulling feeling in abdomen is gone, although the tests all came back negative... No real explanation for MPC???
About 10 days ago I noticed my labia was slightly swollen on right side, I examined it daily to check for any abnormalities... There was no itching or burning... I though maybe I was causing the swelling by too much examination... So I left it alone for a day! When I looked the next time my entire inner labia was bright red, with dead skin and when the skin was wiped away it was slightly raw but no sores and never saw any blisters... still swollen but now both sides are swollen! I am thinking its a yeast infection from antibiotics but it has been several weeks since I took them... I also considered that my obsessive examinations were not allowing discharge to come in contact with labia which is why I hadnt had any real symptoms... However my yeast infections in the past (havent had one for 10 years) have always been itchy and never given me raw labia... Oh and I did have quite thick white discharge... Anyways... I am treating yeast, since Ive been to Dr and they gave me clean bill of health... The raw labia has no open sores but it is raw ...
Does anyone have any thoughts on what I might be missing here? I have read about herpes... And I plan to get checked after my cycle of yeast treatment is complete! It has been 4 months since my sexual contact so am wondering if I should even be worrying about herpes or if this sounds consistent with yeast... It did have a burning feeling on day one of treatment, I am on day 2 now and the burning has subsided but still there and still red, swollen in places and raw looking and sore if I fiddle around... Thoughts would be appreciated... BTW, there is no smell... no red dots or blisters or scabs...

I saw that you had posted on the herpes forum already.  You tested negative for all others correct?  So, then it would no longer be an std issue.  But if herpes concerns you, you would be better off discussing it in the herpes forum. Honesty, I do not think this is any type of std issue as was explained in your very first post.  Have you ever been diagnosed with bacterial vaginosis?  BV will give you similar symptoms. Actually, many women treat themselves improperly because they think they have a yeast problem which is actually a bacterial problem.  This may be the cause of your MPC.

THank You... I will post else where... I initially posted here for concern that it was STD. Clearly I am not in the clear until it all clears up or I get tested, so felt it still applied! Thanks for your reply!

Yeast infections are not std's.  You may want to post your question in women's health.

The inflamation seems to be going down, not so red and the burning has subsided although it is still there it isnt as intense... I went to pharmacy and got another 3 day pack of monistat just to be sure I get it and I am taking acidophilous tablets! Hoping , hoping that it clears up! Would still like to know if others have had yeast infections like this?

The only thing left to be tested for is herpes.  There is a small possibility. And your symptoms do not necessarily have to be text book. The reaction can be more mild depending on the person.  The only way to find out is for you to test. Please let us know what your results are.  It can help someone else who may be in a similar situation in the future.
