Zithromax

I recently took 1g of Zithromax initial dose followed by 500mg for 4 days.  Will this cover both Clamydia (chlamydia) and Gonnorrhea?  If so how soon will symptoms improve and how soon can I resume sex.  I am so tired of worrying.

That will cover chlamydia, probably not gonorrhea.

Were you tested?  

If your symptoms haven't dramatically improved, you should see a doctor for follow up.  If it was chlamydia or ngu, the zithromax would have cured that, and your symptoms should be clear by now.

Until your symptoms clear up, you shouldn't have sex.
