a bump

i had this little bump near the base of my penis that only stood out really when it was erect. i am sexually active so this concerns me. it hasnt hurt or itched at all. and it has been there for months maby. but the other day i squezed it because it got on my nerves (because of how it looks i guess lol), and there was no puss, barly any blood. but a kinda clearish like hard whitehead thing came out, it was about the size of the bump. and im thinking it was a ingrown hair from awhile back. because i do shave regularly. and now it is just a little red, but no pain and no itching. im 19 and i need some answers!!!! i just wanna see some views on here before i see a doc if its needed. thanks.
