You had safe sex and your symptoms don't suggest HIV or any STD.  That includes both the groin pain and your cold symptoms.  Anybody close enough to have sex is close enough to catch a cold, even without kissing.  But you are equally likely to have caught it somehwere else.  In any case, it doesn't sound serious. If you're worried about HIV, get tested; but you can expect a negative test.

Good luck--  HHH, MD

You're fine.  The sex was low risk and the test prove you are OK.  You aren't the first to have a less than ideal sexual encounter and be uspet wih guilt that you manifest on STD's.

And yes, you can get a cold from anyone you are in contact with.

It was unprotected for 2 minutes. Not sure whether the doc read that bit? Either way, go see a doctor if you are worried. Likely that you will be completely fine.

I did miss the partial unprotected part.  But the risk of HIV for any single episode of sex, even unprotected, is low.  If you'll read several threads, you'll see that I never recommend HIV testing because of any particular exposure, unless particularly high risk (e.g., a known-infected partner, or perhaps receptive anal sex with a guy in a bath house or a meth user).   For most people it's wiser to just get tested on a regular basis, say once a year.

But Englishman has it right: see a health care provider if you remain worried.
