acne, knees, groin, base of penis

Dear med,
I may have catogorized this incorrectly, however they are all related in some way.  First off, i used a free base razor blade on my chest, sometimes i get acne after shaving, but no big deal i know this is quite common from asking others.  The other day i used this razor around the base of my penis, and noticed maybe two small forms of acne, not even pimples really, form, it seems to be disapating, i was just curious if this was due to the razor, like my skin reacts near the bottom of my stomach or parts of my chest, then disapates and never comes back after shaving?  My other question is i have acne on my knee caps, i havent heard of this from anyone else, and would like to hear if there is a possible cure, it usually gets irratated after i shower, i have sensitive dry skin, and use glucose lotion on my face it has solved my dry skin problem on my face, however with the knee caps this acne doesnt really irratate me but i dont like the appearance.  any ideas? also this acne like problem seems to be in small areas on the top of my feet? is this athlethes foot? doesnt appear to be funugs but acne.  thanks for your concern.
